So many knitters loved our kid's poncho Fern and wanted a grown-up version, so here you go! Adriana is a free poncho knitting pattern made knit with one shade of Berroco Millefiori Light. The center panel is knit first, then side panels are picked up and knit with shaping to create a swingy layering piece.

Directions are for women’s size Small/Medium. Changes for sizes Large/X-Large and 2X/3X are in parentheses.

To Fit Bust Size: 32–40" (42–50", 52–60")
