Finishing
Sew bound-off sts at top of head tog. Hair: Cut thirty 5” long strands of Black. Put 2 strands tog and fold in half. With crochet hook, draw center of strands through seam at top of head forming a loop. Pull ends of strands through this loop. In this manner, make hair along entire seam at top of head. Trim to even off if necessary. Using tapestry needle, embroider faces on each side of head as in photo. We used duplicate st in Red for the mouth on both front and back. We used duplicate st in Black for one eye on back. For the other 3 eyes, using crochet hook and 2 strands Black, make a chain 1 1/2” long. Coil chain tog and sew to face. Stuff body tightly. Sew cast-on sts at bottom of legs tog and sew inner leg seams.
