Here's how it works:

  • Customers place orders with you by email or phone

  • Place your order with us or Sales Representative using our DropShip Order Form

  • We will confirm order by email or phone

  • Order by the ball or hank at no additional charge

  • We will DropShip orders via United States Post Office directly to the consumer

  • Orders are billed to the LYS at regular wholesale PLUS a flat fee $8.00 postage charge

  • Consumers only receive a Packing List along with a thank you for supporting their LYS

How to start?

Advise your customers of this special service via your web site, social media channel or perhaps an email blast! Any Berroco account can utilize this program. Please note that we can only offer this service to US retailers / consumers at this time.

The Berroco 123 DropShip program also applies to any Berroco Yarn we have in stock including our partner brands: Lang, Amano, WoolAddicts and Lopi yarn and our pattern books.

Can consumers order directly with Berroco?
We ask that orders only come from our retailers, as we are not in a position to take consumer orders.

What goes in the package my consumer recieves?
We place a packing list with no pricing, a thank you card and a Berroco heart sticker. Consumers will not receive an invoice from Berroco.

Can I request specific dye lots?
Yes, requests can be added to comments section at bottom of order form.

How will I be billed?
We will send you an invoice as usual through mail or e-invoice.

When will my product ship?
Currently we are shipping within 1-2 businesses days via USPS.
 
Will you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
Yes, we will ship to all US states including Hawaii and Alaska via USPS.
