Skill level: Very Easy

MATERIALS
1 skein of Berroco ZEN.
Tape measure
Scissors
2" metal craft ring (available at any craft superstore and Walmart).

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Measure your waist.
2. Cut 13 strands of Zen to measure 4 times your waist measurement.
3. Fold a single strand in half and attach to ring by pulling strands
through loop formed by fold.
4. Pull tight to fasten.
5. Continue with each strand individually.
6. Fasten around waist or below waist by pulling ends through and
forming knot around the ring.
7. You can trim ends to desired length.
