FINISHED MEASUREMENTSWidth – 50(54)” (from cuff to cuff) Length – 19” MATERIALS11(13) Hanks BERROCO TRILOGY (50 grs), #7611 Canterbury Berry Straight knitting needles, size 9 OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE GAUGE17 sts = 4”; 22 rows = 4” in St st on size 9 needles TO SAVE TIME, TAKE TIME TO CHECK GAUGE SHRUGWith straight needles, cast on 84 sts. Work even in St st until piece measures 50(54)” from beg, end on WS. Bind off. FINISHINGFold shrug along dotted lines shown on diagram matching letters. Sew seams tog, leaving 6” open at each outside corner between markers for hand openings. Shrug may be worn either with seam at shoulders or at underarms.
