FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Approximately 7” around x 6” long

MATERIALS
1 Ball LANG LANALUX (25 grs), #0065
Straight knitting needles, size 8 (5.00 mm) OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE

GAUGE
14 sts = 4”;  20 rows = 4” in Pat St
TO SAVE TIME, TAKE TIME TO CHECK GAUGE

HAND WARMER (Make 2)

With straight needles, cast on 24 sts.

Row 1 (RS):  K2, * yo, SSK, k1, rep from * to last st, end k1.

Row 2:  Purl.  Rep these 2 rows until piece measures 6” from beg, end on WS.  Bind off.

FINISHING

Fold piece in half widthwise and sew ends of cast-on edge firmly together.  Leaving 1½” open above cast-on edge for thumb opening, sew remainder of side seam.
