BERROCO JEWEL FX (25 grs), 2 balls #6909 Tiffany’s (A).
BERROCO LAZER FX (10 grs), 1 ball #6001 Gold/White (B).
Straight knitting needles, size 9 OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE.

GAUGE
18 sts = 4" in Pat St with A and B worked tog.
TO SAVE TIME, TAKE TIME TO CHECK GAUGE.

NOTE
B should be added to A every 3rd row. Simply work with both yarns held tog on that row.

PATTERN STITCH
Rows 1-4: Knit.
Rows 5 and 7 (RS): Knit.
Rows 6 and 8: Purl.
Rows 9-16: Knit.
Rows 17, 19, 21 and 23: Knit.
Rows 18, 20, 22 and 24: Purl.
Rows 25-30: Knit.
Rows 31, 33 and 35: Knit.
Rows 32, 34 and 36: Purl.
Rep these 36 rows for Pat St.

SCARF
With straight needles, using A, cast on 27 sts. Work even in Pat St, adding B every 3rd row as in note until piece measures approximately 46" from beg, end on WS with Row 4. Bind off all sts with A.
