BERROCO ZOOM (50 grs), 1 ball #9151 Purple (B).
Crochet hook, size 10.00 mm OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE.

GAUGE
TO SAVE TIME, TAKE TIME TO CHECK GAUGE.

HAT
With crochet hook, using 2 strands A and 1 strand B held tog, ch 4.  Join with a sl st to form a ring.
Rnd 1:  Work 8 sc’s in ring, join with a sl st in first sc.
Rnd 2:  Ch 1, work in sc, inc 6 sc’s evenly spaced, join with a sl st in ch-1 – 14 sc’s.
Rnd 3:  Ch 1, work in sc, inc 6 sc’s evenly spaced, join with a sl st in ch-1 – 20 sc’s.
Rnd 4:  Ch 1, work in sc, inc 8 sc’s evenly spaced, join with a sl st in ch-1 – 28 sc’s.
Rnd 5:  Rep Rnd 5 – 36 sc’s.
Rnd 6:  Ch 1, work in sc, inc 14 sc’s evenly spaced, join with a sl st in ch-1 – 50 sc’s.
Rnd 7:  Ch 1, work in sc, inc 10 sc’s evenly spaced, join with a sl st in ch-1 – 60 sc’s.
Rnds 8-10:  Ch 1, work 1 sc in each sc around, join with a sl st in ch-1 – 60 sc’s.
Rnd 11:  Ch 1, work in sc, dec 8 sc’s evenly spaced, join with a sl st in ch-1 – 52 sc’s.
Rnd 12:  Ch 1, work in sc, dec 6 sc’s evenly spaced, join with a sl st in ch-1 – 46 sc’s.
Rnd 13:  Rep Rnd 11 – 38 sc’s.
Rnd 14:  Rep Rnd 12 – 32 sc’s.  Fasten off.
