Fringe (Optional): Cut 2 15 length strands of yarn. Put strands tog and fold in half. With crochet hook, draw center of strands through lower edge of sweater, forming a lp. Pull ends of fringe through this lp.
Note: For speedier cutting, wrap yarn multiple times around a piece of cardboard that is the desired length of the fringe. Cut the lower edge to free wrapped strands. Working in this manner, make 4 fringes across lower edge of each frontband, using 2 strands of A per fringe; make 3 fringes across lower edge of each stripe formed by Rows 1-6 of Stripe Pat, using 2 strands of A per fringe; make 5 fringes across lower edge of each stripe formed by Rows 7-20 of Stripe Pat, using 1 strand each of B and C per fringe.
