FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
Bust – 37(40-43-46-49)".
Length – 22-1/2 (23-23-1/2-24-24-1/2)".

 

MATERIALS
BERROCO LINET (50grs), 7(8-9-10-11) hanks #3101 Crème Fraiche.
Straight knitting needles, size 7 OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE.
Crochet hook, size 4.50 mm (G).

 

GAUGE
5 sts = 1"; 7 rows = 1" in Lace Pat with size 7 needles.
TO SAVE TIME, TAKE TIME TO CHECK GAUGE.

 

LACE PAT (multiple of 3 sts)
Row 1 (RS): K2, *yo, SSK, k1; rep from *, end last rep k2 instead of k1.
Row 2: P2, *yo, p2tog, k1; rep from *, end last rep p2 instead of k1.
Rep rows 1 and 2 for Lace Pat.

 

NOTE
When shaping in Lace Pat, if there is not a yo to compensate for every dec, and vice versa, then omit dec or inc.

 

BACK
Cast on 93(102-108-117-123) sts. Work in Lace Pat for 15", end on WS.
Shape Armhole: Row 1 (RS): K2, SSK, k1; rep from * of Lace Pat to last 4 sts, SSK, k2. Row 2: P2, p2tog; rep from * of Lace Pat to last 4 sts, p2tog, p2.
Row 3: K3; rep from * of Lace Pat to last 3 sts, k3.
Row 4: P3, p2tog, k1; rep from * of Lace Pat to last 5 sts, p2tog, p3.
Row 5: Rep row 1.
Row 6: P3, k1; rep from * of Lace Pat to last 3 sts, p3.
Row 7: K2, SSK; rep from * of Lace Pat to last 4 sts, SSK, k2.
Row 8: P2, k1, p2tog, k1; rep from * of Lace Pat to last 5 sts, p2tog, k1, p2.
Row 9: K2; rep from * of Lace Pat to last 2 sts, k2.
Row 10: P2, p2tog, k1; rep from * of Lace Pat to last 4 sts, p2tog, p2.
Row 11: Rep row 7.
Row 12: P2, k1; rep from * of Lace Pat to last 2 sts, p2.
Row 13: K3, SSK, k1; rep from * of Lace Pat to last 5 sts, SSK, k3.
Row 14: Rep row 10.
Row 15: K4; rep from * of Lace Pat to last 3 sts, k3.
Row 16: Rep row 2.
Row 17: Rep row 13.
Work even in Lace Pat on remaining 69(78-84-93-99) sts until armholes measure 7(7-1/2-8-8-1/2-9)". Bind off all sts.

 

FRONT
Work same as for back until armholes measure 4-/1/2(5-5-1/2-6-6-1/2)", end on WS.
Shape Neck: Next Row (RS): Work 25(29-32-36-39) sts, join 2nd hank of yarn and bind off center 19(20-20-21-21) sts, work to end. Working both sides at once, bind off from each neck edge 3 sts once, 2 sts twice, then dec 1 st every other row 3 times. Work even until armholes measure 7(7-1/2-8-8-1/2-9)". Bind off remaining 15(19-22-26-29) sts each side for shoulders.

 

FINISHING
Sew shoulder and side seams.
Neckband: With RS facing, using crochet hook, work 3 rnds sc evenly around neck edge.
Work in same way along lower edge of body and around armholes
