Pick up 20 STS of the very edge of the armhole seam from the dress body (10 sts at each side of the shoulder seam). You are picking up the selvage edge. K 1 R over all sts. You will have formed a very shallow sock heel. Pick up the selvage edge that belongs to the sleeve cap edge. Latch tool bind off around 1 sinker post.
